This dashboard dives into a massive dataset of over 250,000 Airbnb listings across 10 popular travel destinations, revealing valuable insights into vacation rental trends. The data spans from 2014 to the present, offering a comprehensive picture of visitor behavior and rental characteristics.

Key findings include a pre-pandemic boom in visitor numbers, with a significant drop in early 2020 due to COVID-19. Interestingly, Cape Town boasts Airbnbs with the highest average scores for value, cleanliness, and communication. Paris and Rome stand out as top destinations, attracting the most visitors. The analysis also reveals that "entire place" listings dominate the market, accounting for over half of all rentals with an average price of $116 per night. Additionally, Paris has secured the top spot in Airbnb market share, capturing a significant 28%.

The resulting clean data was then transformed into insightful visualizations using Tableau. These visualizations helped identify key trends in driver-partner engagement, empowering data-driven recommendations to improve their experience.
